OSIL’s organizational activities focus on and are carried out in Southern Sudan. The organization has 2 main office locations:

• The Head Office, which is currently located in Nairobi, Kenya. This comprises of the director and competent professionals who manage OSIL’s Accounting and Auditing requirements, Fundraising and Public Relations services, Project management and Human Resource management. Skilled support staff provides logistical, radio communications and catering support services.
  Following the signing of the CPA, OSIL is working towards relocating its head office to South Sudan and leaving a small liaison/logistical office in Nairobi. This future strategic move will place OSIL at the heart of humanitarian mine action in southern Sudan. This will enable us to better direct operations and synergies.

• Our Operations Office and camp, which is based in Yei, South Sudan. 
The Yei Base acts as a vital field coordination unit, linking all field operations (establishment, implementation, monitoring and evaluation) with the head office’s various departments.  It also provides accommodation for our deminers, field support staff, visiting collaborators and Nairobi staff. OSIL currently has a total of 36 staff members in Yei.
